Information we collect
We collect account identity supplied through sign-in, wedding-plan details, guest and RSVP information entered by planners or guests, supplier profile information, enquiries, uploaded supplier images, and operational records needed to secure and administer the service.
Why we use it
We use information to provide private planning workspaces, match requirements with suppliers, process applications and listing requests, moderate uploads, prevent misuse and improve service reliability. We do not automatically send a couple’s contact details to a supplier merely because a match is displayed.
Sharing and responsibility
Information is shared only when required to provide a user-selected feature, operate the hosting service, comply with law or protect users. Couples should obtain permission before entering another person’s information. Suppliers remain responsible for their own customer records and legal obligations.
Retention and your choices
